Seeking to re-establish their presence on Park Avenue and improve the level of customer service, UBS created a separate, branded multi-functional lobby for their offices at 299 Park Avenue. Guests bypass building security and are directed to a private lobby featuring a luxurious ground floor reception and mezzanine, which include a state-of-the-art video conferencing room and fully equipped touchdown stations. The 4,500 sf lobby is designed with warm colors and dark wood, accented by red lacquer walls. Creamy whites and deep reds play a large role in the color scheme, drawing associations to the UBS brand colors. This innovative lobby transcends traditional signage with a suspended 10’ x 10’ x 10’ lighted steel and glass cube, illuminating the UBS logo from all 4 sides. The cube is visible from several blocks away, giving the lobby a strong presence on the Park Avenue landscape. At night the cube serves as a giant brand lantern on Park Avenue.
