Hostess Trolley

This was a 5 week design project based upon the idea of redesigning the hostess trolley to try to bring it into the current day. From user research, I realised that space and aesthetics was the main issue especially as people won't use a hostess trolley in the same way these days. So I concentrated in reducing the size and making it more suitable for a roast dinner. The top section acts as a chopping board which can be rotated so that it can rest on the table, and due to the shape of the trolley it can fit around the corner of the table so isn't in the way as much.
