sCMOS Optical Fluorescence Imager
SOFI is a unique imaging platform for mapping impulse propagation in engineered heart tissues (EHTs) with the use of ion-sensitive fluorescent dyes. I designed and fabricated this SOFI as an undergraduate research fellow in Dr. Elliot Elson's lab at WU.
