Bayer A1C Now Quick Reference Guide
Goal of the project was to analyze a complex user experience and create a quick reference guide to facilitate a successful HbA1C test.
Challenges included a multi-step process that could result in use errors resulting in a an expensive system failure to the user.
Supervised internal and external agency in the creation, microtesting, and refinement of the quick reference guide.
Summative usability testing incorporating a clinical trial component validated the effectiveness of the instructions in accomplishing a successful test and reducing the likelihood of wasted tests.
