Health Card Design
This Project was done as an entry in Melinda & Bill Gates Foundation Design Competition for proposing new design of Child Health Record Card in which:
-It is easy to use both by Health Worker and families.
-Also, it should be easy to keep as a document for future references,
Henceforth, this child health card was designed design to facilitates the health records and enhancing its usability both in Rural and Urban Areas.
