Dome access for turkey and front door for regular meats. For all three smokers we had to design components for electric, propane and charcoal configurations. A lot of research conducted into ethnic cooking variations. This propane unit base could have been adapted for use as an outdoor wok, a carnitas kettle or birria drum.
For Concept 1 & 2 broke out all components into individual parts and generated drawings for quote packages.
Less refined than concepts 1 and 2 but still a nice design.
