This was my Diploma Project in 2007, as an undergrad student of Visual Communication Design at Srishti School of Art, Design & Technology in Bangalore.
This project was in collaboration with CelStream Technologies, Bangalore & Thomson, France.
I worked as a design intern to design the UI for Thomson's software called ContentShare2 which was being developed for broadcasting houses.
After a quick study of the broadcasting process, the tasks, tools & user roles in this field, I mapped their software in terms of Needs, Workflows, Tasks & Operation Views. Then I conducted User-in-situ Analysis for Heuristic Evaluation. I validated them through User Tasks, Use Cases & User Scenarios. I designed a library of the UI components & prototyped a new User Interface.
