Khadamat Facilities Management LLC is a joint venture formed to operate the new UAE University Campus in Al Ain. The company combines the investment and development skills of Mubadala Development Company which is owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi and the facilities management skills of Serco, a leading global service company. The new brand wanted to communicate its presence and purpose of its presence to the diverse audience in the campus instantly and without actually highlighting the complex nature of managing large facilities like a university.
