Umpqua Bank is an innovative community bank with locations in Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada and Idaho. Unlike traditional brick and mortar bank establishments, Umpqua Bank's branches are called 'stores', with a greater emphasis on retail operations and atmosphere. They also pride themselves by giving back to the community. I was involved in the strategy and discovery phase of this project.
