Abstract
As a sport Mountain biking is rapidly gaining popularity globally as well in Pakistan. Since early 70?s when people started competed this sport; there has been many improvements observed including brakes and innovative suspension to increase the performance whereas decreasing injuries. The objective of this project is highly straight and focused as this project aims to design a mountain bike to optimize the performance considering cost effectiveness. Composites found best available material to experience the sense of extreme design innovation due to its light weight and durability.
