Ir. Soekarno once said so in the post-independence period to show that the Indonesian are also able to stand on its own feet to the world. The term is used as the ideology to rejuvenate the soul into the building. The existence of historical spots around the district is linked into the building to form intersection that speaks out of its own architectural language, acknowledging the genius loci in the city with its own history.
