Issue: Besides preserving the tangible aspects of Tiong Bahru, the intention is to safeguard and respect the identity and integrity of the area - its culture and strong community spirit, hence fostering new ties between the old and new residents, creating a well-integrated community amongst all residents of Tiong Bahru.
Intent: To expand Tiong Bahru's pet interest group by fostering new ties through sharing and educating on pet welfare.
