The Golf Grindz character design was based off the request for a golf ball little guy, holding a beer, and fork. The Golf Grindz company is a business that visits Golf Courses throughout the nation and posts online reviews of the course and also rates the clubhouse restaurant. The character needed to be associated with food and beer because that is the main feature of the Golf Grindz mission. The character would be used for marketing items such as stickers, koozies, and t-shirts. The design was drawn in pencil first, then scanned so it could be digitally adjusted and colored on a software program (Sketchbook Pro).
