A WebApp redesign for Casa e Café, a Brazilian marketplace of domestic service providers. Our approach aimed at developing a better perception for brand and product, evoking a more friendly and careful aspect for clients who need help in domestic services and still do not know someone reliable to do it. We also had to focus on Lead Conversion, Matchmaking, and Easy Checkout to ensure a sensitive and friendly usage flow.
