the chalange of building on a budget, in the strictest Building code area of Los Angeles was/is difficult. I can go on and on about this project, but I thik calling it the most challanging architectural work I've encountered is enough. The L.A. building department still has a bone to pick with me..
there are actually 7 levels of scaffolding on this one little house. I belive the hight of the scaffolding is over 60 ft
