Reggae Cartography
Jamaican Music Map, v.2
Based on my earlier music map project, I created an interactive version that concentrated on the sub-genres of Reggae music.
Interactive music maps eschew the expressive traits of their subjects. I considered, if urban Jamaican music were to make its own map, what would it look like? A little rough. The map features music clips, information about each sub-genre, and zooming.
