This past Summer of 2015 I was a graphic design intern for a non-profit arts organization for children that functions in Philadelphia. The name of the organization is Art Sphere, Inc., in which they provide free art classes and art supplies to children who cannot access such things. This summer Art Sphere had a huge charity event titled "Art & Food" in which I was responsible for designing the brochures that were handed out during the event and a Facebook graphic to create awareness and interest about the event. I created all the copy for both projects and even created a new character for the organization called "Arty Pants", a play off the famous phrase "Smarty Pants".
