As part of a University project I worked in a team of 3 to create, design and write an Independent Publication. The essence and purpose of our Zine named SWALK, sealed with a loving kiss, was to remind readers the importance of print compared to digital. As prints existence is questioned by the power of the digital read, the Zine we created was aimed to promote and encourage the value of writing and printing over digital content. As well as the creation the Zine, an individual, visual report was written (as shown) that included an analysis of the current Zine market, a devised rationale behind the publication and an explanation of the distribution, promotional activity and commercial opportunities behind the project.
