This is a small sample of pages from my final year dissertation. My title was ‘Presentation, Co-Creation and Reconnection: The impact and future of consumer engagement throughout the online environment.’ The research project looked at how and why consumers are engaging with brands online and the future of consumer connection over the vast, interconnected web. My dissertation was completed in 2013. (This is only a small sample of my dissertation).
