The Kabir Book
This was a college project to reinterpret a book on Kabir’s poetry and visualize it in a way that would encapsulate his work and the ideas in the poetry. Kabir is a well-known Indian poet that lived in the 15th century. His work is based on themes such as Idol worship and communal violence. The structure of the book came from cards used in the weaving looms of Banaras, the place where Kabir lived his life as a weaver.
