Qaaim Goodwin

Office Calendar - This started off as a class project and quickly blossomed into something special. The idea came from studying sun dials and understanding the mechanics of what makes them work, slowly it shifted into a form that really stressed economy for the work space. The calendar was done with CNC routing, birch plywood, and I spent a couple of weeks sanding it by hand, staining it with linseed oil, and putting it together with tension thanks to a dial rod.
