Kyle Pulvermacher

Project pertaining to the design and testing of a high-heat exhaust blower assembly for US Draft Co. Worked hand-in-hand with customer to transform their ideas and sketches into intricate and detailed CAD models. Several prototypes were built and tested with a custom-built flow meter. Validated designs moved on to become a major production line. Main challenge of the model was the complex elliptical shape and overheating in the motor compartment. Full production prints offered complete fabrication details on a single 8.5 x 11 page. This is one of four portfolio projects featuring US Draft Co. products.
