First example shows a format and template that was designed for use by a CAD designer not familiar with product tolerances and proper GD&T. This new format is used for all new hub drawings and relieves the designer from hours of additional and repetitive work.
Second image shows a template that was created for impellers. This template has a matching model featured in the project, "Generic Blower Model and Program." Previous to this project, a designer would undergo each request as an brand new and detailed model. Simplifications to the model geometries offered cleaner looking aesthetics on 2D publications offered to customers.
The third work pertains to a blower housing. This features a single consolidated page from sheet metal part tracking through fabrication and welding. The special plenum housing was designed around specific customer constraint in size and performance.
