Living Room - The idea was to make it look more spacious, have good ventilation and lighting, give it a cheerful feel, keep things simple and cost minimum.
The ground floor carpet area only 800 sq ft.
Living Room Seating - In order to make it feel more spacious, the seating arrangements were kept low lying.
Some seating arrangements were made by raising the floor by a foot , filling it with rubble , and covering it up with the flooring material - marble.
Stairway - The walls, doors and windows were painted white with some splashes of red and lemon green to add color.
Entrance to the room on Ground Floor - The windows were made bigger, an entrance to the garden provided from the hall, and the wall separating the hall and the kitchen broken down.
