For a not-too choosy tourist, as most of us are, this place proudly offers a tantalizing medley-meal---a sort of buffet--- where one can just have one’s pick while having a brief walk in the forts and corridors of history, get a little awed at the amazing craftsmanship and the numerous objects of art displayed in the mela, museums and art galleries, watch a whole array of films and have a small picnic in the Mughal Gardens.
A cinema theatre to revive the feel of olden day theatres to screen the episodes of Surbhi. The complex will also have an art gallry , and a museum which will house old handmade bollywood posters, and also a conference hall clubed with a semi open space to conduct workshops.
Dome theatre which can be included in the premises of the Surabhi Studios to conduct sound and light shows.
Heritage Walk : A narrow gully with facades of different architectural examples from different parts of the country to not only celebrate the variety of architectural heritage but also can house artifacts, thus serve as mini museums. The heritage walk can also have street shops, depicting rural gully markets of different parts of the country.
The amphitheatre provides an enviable platform for events as varied as Equestrian events, Fashion shows, Painting exhibitions, plays, operas, light music evenings and rural sports.
Grandma’s corner brings alive the experience of dadi and nani’s stories and famous Indian parables in the form of a mini interactive toyland to help children learn and have fun simultaneously
Theme cafe housed in the traditional konkani house with both interal and external courtyard thali and buffet arrangement. the house can also serve as a platform to depict the Konkani culture of Maharashtra, its people, dress, living and most importantly food.
Relaxing picnic spot for families to spend leisure time inspired from Mughal Gardens or Mahabalipuram.
Every important landmark of the park is highlghted by a chabutra(bird feeder) which will attract more birds to the park and also can serve as installations to house park signages.
Customised park transport within to help people navigate around easily. They could either be an auto rickshaw or a tonga. the major stops will be marked by the chowks with chabutras.

The first ever Heritage Theme Park on India, Surabhi World, is scheduled to open in 2015 at Kharghar’. The objective was to design a smaller space within the Living Heritage Centre to be opened to the public immediately to give audiences a taste of what’s to come in 2015!
This Project also gave me the opportunity to work with prestigious design teams like Cultural Innovations, UK and Thoughtful Theme Creations, Pune
