The installation balances between being abstract and definite to represent Design learning Process where abstract ideas are generated and processed into definite final concepts.
A Spatial Installation, depicting the Design Learning Process and Flow of Ideas as it progressively changes from the Aquarium entrance leading to the Panaroma and Eames Plaza corridor where selected works of the students of the Institute has been displayed.
Idea Formation : Each colour represents a distinct design idea that initally are generated individually which later intermingle together to form the The bright colours are used in oder to represent the differnt design ideas during Idea generation stage for 2 main reasons - attracating visitors and distinguishing one idea from another ; Process : The different design ideas go through multiple junctions which lead to final idea generation. These are represented in the form of concentric rings and discs of different sizes. The rings act as filters allowing the ideas to develop and the dics act as dead ends to curb a non feasible idea.
