Step 1: Motivating call centre executives to go the Happy to Help way and participating in Vodafone tales by penning down stories of how they went the extra mile for their customers.
Step 2: Publishing (every month) snippets of the success stories of employees in the Vodafone Tales eNewsletters
Step 3: After recieving thousands of success stories from call centre executives, 30 heroes were selcted. We took their success stories to everyone across Vodafone by publishing their stories in a book called Vodafone Tales. Each hero was illustrated and his / her story told.
The Vodafone Tales books were made in 3 sizes (A3, A4 and A5)

Large size book covers were placed in office premises before the launch of the Vodafone tales event in Mumbai, where the heroes were felicitated.

Vodafone enabled the Happy to Help philosophy by encouraging its call centre employees to give an account of how they delighted customers. Thousands of stories poured in. The best 30 were shortlisted for Vodafone Tales. A book in which we illustrated each and every service champion like a hero from fairy tale and told their stories, emphasizing on their Happy to Help spirit.
