Jawbone JAMBOX Bluetooth Speaker Kiosk. designed by Industrial designer Yves Béhar. Jawbone has approached design with the goal of seamlessly integrating technology and everyday life. This design ecosystem is expressed through:
-Clear geometric forms and a refined simplicity
-Relief textures that are functional and visually stunning. He also designed the communications around the JAMBOX, starting with the simple sneaker-box packaging that romanticizes the original boombox, “that was then”, with new modes of sharing music, “this is now”. The design of the Jamcube was inspired by a minimalist version of the Rubik’s cube.The correlation of a classic made simple is the goal while keeping the playfulness and colorfulness. The pure proportions and geometry are the first elements one notices which bear the distinct colors and patterns that visually reflect the Jambox. The Jamcube cublets spin around themselves only, in an effort to show different colour combinations for the caps and grills.
