After having shaped the paper pages into the classic "Papel Picado" skull, I join the paper with the golden layer of the thermal blanket (melting/melting) using an iron.
I join by knotting all the pieces of cotton threads into one piece. I attach the golden paper figures alternating with paper figures from pages of atlases from the imperial era of 1840.
