THE PROBLEM
Brothers Bedding had a website built several years ago by a local website development firm. As time passed, their need for an affordable and responsive webmaster grew. The Brothers Bedding sales managers were introduced to Pioneer Media through the ITEX bartering organization. Their understanding of WordPress and website maintenance is impressive, but they wanted a dedicated webmaster supplementing and guiding their efforts to manage Knoxville’s best mattress shop’s website.
THE SOLUTION
First off, we performed initial fixes and optimizations to the website. This included fixing shopping cart image ratios, removing pages, cleaning unnecesary plugins, fixing the reviews in the footer, and more.
Next, we cleaned up the sitewide design, especially the header. We improved and modernized the mobile version of the site.
We also reduced load time by improving caching, removing unnecessary plugins and scripts, and more.
Finally, we are launching a new custom homepage design.
