PROJECT GOALS:
Redesign of Bank of the West's Mobile Banking application using FiServ's Mobiliti platform. Added new features such as "Scan to Pay," which takes a photo of your bill and adds payee information to your profile, making paying a bill that much easier.
One of the first mobile banking applications in the U.S. to utilize Quick Balance preview functionality.
MY ROLE:
UX Manager Lead; Provided design leadership and oversight, insured that deliverables met UX's high standards, and managed business partner relationship to enable success.
