Bank of the West - ATM/Branch Locator Redesign
PROJECT GOALS:
Update the Bank of the West Locations experience to reflect most current design system. Improve the overall user experience; provide prominent display of hours, directions, and services while reducing visual clutter. Build a foundation for Branch Details pages to provide contextual information and functionality such as Branch Events and Make an Appointment functionality.
MY ROLE:
UX Manager Lead; Provided design leadership and oversight, User Experience strategy, creative deliverable review, and managed business partner relationship.
