Bank of America - Next Generation Online Experience

PROJECT GOALS:
Throughout 2008, User Experience worked to define Bank of America’s Next Generation Experience. At the end beginning of 2009, a team was brought together to define and implement a high fidelity prototype to communicate eCommerce’s strategic direction to Bank of America Senior Leadership.

MY ROLE:
I served on the interdisciplinary team, leading the Consumer customer portion of the prototype demo.
