Detailed wireframe for one version of new homepage. Reduced number of links on the page, logically grouped user tasks in content well, provided easier access to self-service functionality.

Bank of America - Homepage Redesign

PROJECT GOALS:
In 2006, Bank of America initiated a redesign of their homepage to make it easier for the 22+ million monthly visitors to find information. Other primary goals were tol eliminate infrequently used links, increase online sales and online banking adoption, and decrease call volume.

MY ROLE:
Served as UX Design Lead, leading Conceptual and Detailed Design phases; delivering task models, wireframes and user interface specifications. Managed design team and deliverables.
