Bank of America - Deposits Application Redesign

PROJECT GOALS:
Create a single online application for all Bank of America consumer products and services, increasing share of wallet opportunities at point of sale. Create flexible infrastructure to streamline back-end processing and fulfillment, reducing costs.

MY ROLE:
Served as UX Project Lead, leading Detailed Design phase; delivering task models, wireframes and user interface specifications. Key decision-maker in final end-to-end experience. Partnered with Usability Group in testing strategy and execution.
