This was the second monitor developed by Mindray North America based on an existing Mindray Shenzhen hardware package. With a mandate to re-skin the existing hardware package the ID team successfully fought to rework the internal chassis to allow for a design more in keeping with the North American brand language. The UI was rebuilt along the same lines.
