The building is composed of four stories arranged on an orthogonal grid. Starting
on the first floor, the building is encircled by a 1.7m wide balcony. The chosen structure is steel frame (S355) with a reinforced concrete core close to the northeast corner of the structure.
The building is covered by a glazed façade that runs from floor to ceiling at each
level.
The design includes a surrounding screen made of individual rectangular
perforated panels made of metal, each one with a metal frame. At some areas, the
screen folds to allow unobstructed view to the exterior.
