These are the characters I have worked on during my time at Forever Interactive. Most of these characters I just sculpted and poly painted them in Pixologic Zbrush. With Grendel I just retopologized, UV mapped, and baked the maps for it. The Bog slave is the first Boss character I had to take through the complete pipeline. I used Pixologic Zbrush for sculpting, Topogun to retopologize and baking, and Headus UV Layout pro to UV map, and Adobe Photoshop.
