Steel 29er mountain bike
Bicycle frame construction. A full-scale working drawing used for bicycle frame construction. The drawing is used to find angles and lengths of tubing, as well as checking component clearances. Next are some examples of unpainted frame details of the previous drawing's bike. This method of tube joining is called fillet brazing. Next are painted details of the same bicycle. I built the frame, fork and stem, designed the paint scheme and coordinated the component selection. I also shoot all studio photographs for Signal.
