PDG has worked with Deb Group for many years on a wide variety of projects; concepts, proof of principal prototypes, design for manufacture and more. This example shows Deb’s fully automatic TouchFREE soap dispenser. PDG were asked to take Deb’s developed concept and detail the design for manufacture. Working closely with Deb we successfully moved the project on to a manufacturing ready design, including originating and developing a novel locking mechanism for the enclosure. With the usual tooling trials and tweaks, the TouchFREE dispenser is now in production and in use around the world.
