My role as Senior Designer with The Bond condominium project was to co-ordinate both with the developer and the builder to ensure that the drawing design details were fully understood and fabricated as per the design specifications. The Amenity package in this 40 storey condo includes a gym / yoga studio / exterior pool + terrace / billards room / golf simulator room / event kitchen / games room and lounge. The building is currently under construction with resident occupancy in the Fall of 2016.
