Correspondence Log Module
A new module to be implemented within an existing back-office system. Captures correspondence between customers/clients and company staff. Provides multiple points of interface, including direct email capabilities. Refreshing site theme was not in scope, so L&F is based on current framework, but with a few enhancements.
