UrBan Regeneration - This is a second year project that looked at several dead spaces across the city that were all under the the M8 motorway. I chose Anderston for its vast open space & accesability to the city center. I detailed my ideas around research and personal interest in the city with the use of familiar materials and architectural references such as the use of sandstone and aged copper. The idea for an oxygen bar came from the heavy motorway pollution and was inspried by the 'glasshouse' in Glasford St.
