A project brief given by Ricardo plc, UK (Engineering Consultancy), to groups of 7 students to develop a machine to dig a rectangular hole. The machine was to be of suitable size to be accommodated in the U.K standard lorry. The teams pitched their ideas after 3 months of research and design work to the Ricardo team that selected our team as the strongest design.
