Zippo, manufacturer of the iconic cigarette lighter, needed to develop a retail brand for their overseas sales as well as a new expanding product line. Working with the Marketing Director and various staff, I developed a retail brand and catalog of retail components for creating a “Zippo Store”. A model store was designed and built within their corporate offices and is used for training prospective retailers about Zippo’s retail brand. Materials and colors were developed that emulate Zippo's longstanding product and promise to the market, a lifetime guarantee. Small glass vitrines on the walls promote a history of ads and promotional products from years past. These elements as well as retail display furniture were organized into a catalog for prospective retailers.
