Work Life Balance
"Burnout" happens when the result has less perceived value than the effort.
I've never met a single person who was absolutely crushing it, growing their holdings, and finding massive opportunities that said, "Holy cow, I need more time off".
Time to think it a must.
Spending time with family is a must.
But... being an entrepreneur is not for everyone.
Be okay with yourself if you aren't self driven or don't want the hassle of owning a business. There is nothing wrong with that!
Just don't make your mission to shame the people who are building a business with "you need more work/life balance" or "you should choose your family first".
These are all weak arguments, typically made by people who have achieved less than the people they are trying to squander.
For all you ballers, keep crushing it!
