Final Project || Year Two
The final project for Second Year studio was to create an integrated outdoor marketplace and study pavilion. This required an overhead shading device covering the market and creating a central plaza. The large shading devices serve as cover from the sun, as well as water-collection sculptures that direct rainwater into a fountain below. This fountain houses two main stairways on either side that create the main paths of circulation throughout the site.
Design Software used includes: Rhino v5, 123D Make, Autocad, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat.
