Peri
Shell design of Peri is
result of an internship in Aselsan. Peri itself is developed as an unmanned land vehicle by Aselsan Capadoccia Team which went on to the finals in Magic 2010(Multi Autonomous Ground-robotic International Challenge).
Shell made out of two aluminium parts which are easily detachable from each other with the help of connecting pieces which is important in case of a quick battery change process in the contest. As a material, aluminium is prefered because of its formability by bending and welding in a small amount of time which was important in the limited contest schedule. The "windows" are made both in order to lower the weight by using plexiglass instead of aluminium and to obtain a certain characteristic image on the vehicle.
