Canopy 1.1 Paper Modeling
Exploration modelling to form a fixed canopy structure to be situated above Harvard Square Station in Boston, MA. The surface is created through a joining hexagon pattern, similar to a honey comb. Environmental data was gathered from the sight, such as necessary sunlight exposure and thoroughfare density. This information dictates the length, aperture and direction of each individual hexagon element.
