ZEM House
Working with a multi-disciplinary team, the ZEM House was created. Being a net-zero emissions dwelling aimed at the recent college graduate, the ZEM House is 100 square feet with all modern amenities. These houses would be placed in a community to make them very affordable for a single individual. Passive heating and cooling help regulate the temperature during the entire year. Space saving custom furniture allows the house to transform to accommodate the owner’s current need.
